Important, before you act
This independent tool is educational and does not provide legal or tax advice, issue eInvoices, connect to the tax authority or certify regulatory readiness. Consult the UAE Ministry of Finance, Federal Tax Authority and applicable legal decisions for obligations, scope, exclusions and deadlines. Revenue selection does not establish legal applicability; government-entity and transaction-specific treatment requires separate review. Rules may change.
B2C exclusion: Under Ministerial Decision 244/2025, Article 5(2), business-to-consumer (B2C) transactions, and persons engaged solely in B2C transactions, are excluded until a further ministerial decision determines otherwise.
