MINSEONG.COM is an independent website that builds practical digital tools and plain-language guides for businesses in the UAE. Our first focus is the UAE's move to mandatory electronic invoicing (eInvoicing), a change that affects how VAT-registered businesses issue, receive and store invoices.

What we publish

The eInvoicing readiness tool is a free self-assessment that runs entirely in your browser. It helps finance and operations teams see where they stand across data, systems and ownership, and prints a checklist they can share internally. How we work

Every regulatory statement on this site is checked against primary sources, such as Ministry of Finance and Federal Tax Authority publications, and each page links to them. When official guidance changes, we update the affected pages and the review date. We are not a government service, an accredited service provider (ASP) or a law firm, and our content is general information rather than tax or legal advice.
